Meet the Team
Meet the Owners Jamel "Jay" Collins and Jodi Evans-Collins, a married couple who reside in Atlanta, GA. Both had previously launched other real estate companies and are now combining their network of Real Estate Professionals, Investors, Realtors, General Contractors, and tradesmen who will add quality and value to each deal.

Jay Collins
As a seasoned professional with over 20+ years experience investing, consulting, and negotiating real estate transactions and 12 years of Corporate America in roles ranging from Correspondence to General Manager, Jay has arrived in a leadership role with the tools and qualifications needed to deliver favorable results.
While serving as an Airbnb host, and Leasing Manager, Jay earned his BA in Business Administration: Entrepreneurship from AIU Dunwoody and received his Pre-license Certification from Metrobrokers Academy.

Jodi Evans-Collins
With a passion for real estate, and a strong foundation in residential investing and business strategy, Jodi serves as Owner/President. Her real estate background include: Acquisitions, Renovations, Fix and Flips, and Property Management. Complementing her real estate expertise are an MBA from Emory University and more than a decade of leadership experience with Fortune 500 companies including Delta Air Lines, CNN, and Cox Enterprises, where she has led large-scale strategic initiatives and complex negotiations.
